A foundation stone was laid here today for erection of a Yeshiva to accommodate 150 newly-arrived immigrant students. The structure will include a dormitory in addition to classrooms and will cost an estimated $200,000. Chief Rabbis Isaac Halevi Herzog and Ben Zion Uziel, as well as a group of U.S., Canadian and South African rabbis, participated in the foundation-laying ceremony.
