Four Arab infiltrators were shot and killed yesterday in the vicinity of the Beeri settlement, opposite the Gaza Strip. A military spokesman revealed today that when intercepted, they disregarded a command to halt and attempted to escape. The Israeli patrol opened fire.
Meanwhile, it was announced here that Ahmed Ibrahim, a 30-year-old fedyaeen captured in Israel last November, has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment on charges of possessing a submachine gun. The prisoner, who has gained over 30 pounds while awaiting trial, expressed himself as satisfied with the sentence.
