The four day convention of the Histadruth Ivrith concluded here last night with decisions to promote Hebrew culture in the United States on a mass basis. The delegates elected a presidium of three composed of Abraham Redelheim, Dr. Samuel Blumenfeld and Prof. Samuel K. Mirsky. Samuel Borowsky, the outgoing president, was elected honorary presidents.
