Four Israeli soldiers were wounded today in a series of shooting incidents on the Syrian front. A fifth soldier was wounded by an Egyptian sniper near Ismailia on the Suez Canal front this morning. Terrorists operating from Lebanese territory fired Katyusha rockets last night at three Israeli settlements in Upper Galilee. No casualties were reported. The Katyusha rocket attacks during the night hit Maayan Baruch, Dan and Dafneh. Children at the settlements spent the night in bomb shelters. Israeli artillery opened fire on the terrorist positions.
