Four Israelis died in an airplane accident along Israel’s northern coast following engine failure Saturday. Six other passengers in the plane, which was carrying members of a sky-diving club to a jump, were injured, five of them seriously. An initial inquiry found that the same pilot encountered an engine problem in the same plane two weeks ago, but was able to execute an emergency landing.
