Four Palestine Jews interned in Eritrea escaped on Tuesday night from the Sembel Camp, four miles from Asmara, it was reported here today from Khartoum, in the Sudan. The Asmara police mobilized a large force in an attempt to apprehend them before they crossed the Sudan frontier, the report said.
The Palestine censor is reported today to have blue-pencilled almost one-half of the text of a speech prepared for delivery on a nation-wide broadcast by Jamal Husseini, vice-chairman of the Arab Higher Committee.
