France, Egypt Sign Cultural Pact; Both Countries Hail Agreement As Strengthening Ties

France and Egypt have signed a cultural agreement under which French teachers and technicians will be dispatched to the Arab country, especially instructors for the French departments of Egyptian colleges. The pact was disclosed here today by Education Minister Olivier Gulchard, who returned from the signing in Cairo. Spokesmen for both countries hailed the agreement as “further strengthening” their ties.
