France marked Holocaust Remembrance Day. A candle-lighting ceremony took place Wednesday in Paris at the site of the cycling stadium where nearly 13,000 Jews were rounded up on July 16-17, 1942, before being sent to a holding camp at Drancy and then to Auschwitz.
