Fred Monosson, of Boston, chairman of the building committee of Z.O.A. house in Israel, left for Tel Aviv to award the contract and lay the cornerstone of the projected building. Z.O.A. House will serve as an information center for prospective tourists and visiting scholars as well as for Israelis seeking information about American and Jewish life in the U.S.
