In an interview with the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, he declared that the purpose of his journey is to put the question of Jewish immigration to the governments of Spain and Portugal. Dr. Kahn further stated that it is imperative to warn Jewish immigrants from leaving for those countries before his investigation is concluded.
