Joseph Mirkin, director of the Jewish Colonization Association, and Bernard Melamed, secretary of the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association, arrived here today after a week-long trip from France. Melamed said the whereabouts of Edouard and Louis Oungre were unknown. He had last seen them at Biarritz motoring toward the frontier.
