The Federation of Jewish Associations of France today formally denied assertions by the German embassy that Herschel Feivel Grynszpan, 17-year-old Polish Jews who yesterday shot and wounded an embassy official, had been influenced by propaganda circulated by immigrant Jews. A statement by the federation also condemned attempts to blame persons not directly connected with the crime, which it said was committed in a country that has been hospitable to refugees.
