The Jewish Consistory of the Province of Lower Rhine and the Jewish community of Strasbourg hold a religious service here today to celebrate the first session of the European Consultative Assembly. Chief Rabbi M. Deutach, of Strasbourg, delivered a sermon in which he stressed the hope that the Consultative Assembly would never again allow the emergence of a creed destructive to man’s fundamental dignity.
