A decree issued here today sets September 15 as the deadline when all Jews must retire from professions specifically forbidden to them by the anti-Jewish laws. These include professions such as doctor, lawyer, teacher, as well as participation in commercial and industrial vocations. The decree which applies to both foreign-born as well as French Jews will affect about 200,000 people.
