French police arrested a man Tuesday after seeing him drawing a swastika and a Magen David on an Interior Ministry building in Paris. The man, described as of Romanian origin, also shouted “Long live Germany,” police said. Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom was to meet his French counterpart Dominique de Villepin later Tuesday at the ministry.
