The territories held by the French government under the mandate of the League of Nations are to benefit greatly from a huge loan secured by the government for developing purposes.
The amount of the loan is said to be to the extent or £24,000,000, and is to be expended on the mandated territories of Cameroon, Togoland, as well as the colonies in West Africa, Indo-China and Madagascar.
