The anti-Jewish boycott agitation in Vilna has been intensified within the last few days, says a Vilna report appearing to-day in the Government organ “Curier Poranny”.
National Democratic students, it adds, while distributing boycott proclamations in the Zawalna, Prosta and Wielkas streets have also set upon a number of Jews passing through the streets, and the police repeatedly had to come to their protection.
The Yiddish daily “Haintige Naies” here also reports from Vilna that Jews are being attacked there, and states that fifteen Jews have received injuries, some of them serious. By the evening, however, it adds, complete order was restored.
