WARNED BY AMERICAN MEMBERS OF THE POSSIBILITY OF A FALLING-OFF IN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE UNITED STATES AS A RESULT OF THE CONTROVERSY OVER PARTITIONING PALESTINE, THE ZIONIST FUNDS COMMISSION TODAY DECIDED TO ISSUE A FINANCIAL APPEAL TO JEWS THE WORLD OVER.

THE COMMISSION’S MANIFESTO WILL EMPHASIZE THAT DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD UNTIL THE PROPOSED JEWISH STATE CAN BE ESTABLISHED, THE ECONOMIC EQUILIBRIUM OF PALESTINE WILL BE UPSET AND THAT ONLY AN INCREASE IN NATIONAL FUNDS WILL HELP STABILIZE THE ECONOMY OF THE JEWISH HOMELAND.
