Funeral services were held Monday night at the religious suburb of Bnai Braq for the Admor of Alexander, Rabbi Yehuda Moshe Danziger, who died earlier in the day in a Tel Aviv hospital. He was in his nineties. Admors, rabbis, heads of yeshivas and yeshiva students attended the funeral. Rabbi Danziger was one of the greatest Torah scholars and author of books on subjects of halacha and hasidism. Prior to his becoming an Admor (master) he was a diamond polisher in Jerusalem. His son. Rabbi Yehuda Menahem Danziger, will be crowned as the Admor of Alexander.
