The funeral of a Jew murdered this week by Polish fascists in the city of Katowice was converted today into a demonstration against the anti-Semitic terror.

Representatives of Jewish communities from many cities in Silesia, as well as delegates from Jewish youth groups and from Polish political parties attended the funeral. The murdered Jew, Aron Milgrom, was a veteran of the notorious Oswiecim camp. All speakers at his grave emphasized the need for more rigorous measures to curb anti-Jewish terrarium in Poland which is attempting to drive Jews who survived the Nazis out of Polish territory.

A mass meeting organized by Jewish youth groups, which followed the funeral, was addressed by a representative of the Federation of Polish Youth Organizations, who pledged “we will not rest until all varistors of reactionary bands are indicated.
