Funeral services were held today for Isaac Rembah, an Israeli editor and journalist who died of a heart attack Friday night at the age of 62.
Mr. Rembah was a member of the presidium of the Israel Journalists Association and a member of the executive of the World Union of Jewish Journalists. He was to have received this year’s Sokolow Award in recognition of his lifelong service to his profession. The presentation had been scheduled for later this month. Mr. Rembah was a former personal secretary to the late Zeev Jabotinsky, the Zionist Revisionist leader.
