Mr. Lind. who was 56 years old. was a member of the law firm of Lind and Marks.
Mr. Lind was a member of the committee appointed by Governor Smith to revise the Municipal Courts, and also served on the committee appointed by the New York Bar to halt ambulance chasing. He was chairman of the Municipal Court Committee of the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
