Further details of the anti-Jewish excesses in Jassy are reported in the Roumanian newspaper, “Dimineatza”.
A band of 50 students participated in the excesses, breaking windows of Jewish homes and stores on Cuzavoda and Stefanamore Streets. Many Jewish passersby were injured. Six students who were arrested were later released.
