Future land purchases on the West Bank will have to be approved by a special government committee, according to a decision adopted Wednesday by Premier Menachem Begin and Agriculture Minister Ariel Sharon. The committee would be headed by Deputy Defense Minister Mordechai Zipori. Recently there were reports of irregularities in West Bank land deals.
