Galahad Press Loses Property by Court Order

United States Marshal Charles Price was directed to take possession of all property of teh Galahad Press Inc, today pending action of creditors that the company be adjudged a bankrupt. The order was signed by Federal Judge Yates Webb.

The order directs officials of teh Galahad Press, publishers of Liberation, anti-Semitic weekly which came out in vitriolic attacks on the Jews, the NRA and President Roosevelt, to appear before him in Asheville on May 2 “to answer a petition filed by Robert P. Williams, trading and doing business as the Biltmore Press, Robert Summerville and the Foundation for Christian Economics, Inc.”
