“GANGSTER METHODS DO NOT EXIST AMONG US,” DR. FRANK DECLARED IN HIS ANNUAL REPORT. “OUR JUDGES ARE INCORRUPTIBLE, OUR LAW IS INFLEXIBLE AND OUR COURT FUNCTIONS CANNOT BE BOUGHT.”
THE WORLD PRESS, ACCORDING TO DR. FRANK, “SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE STATE OF LAW IN DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES AND THE SOVIET UNION, RATHER THAN CONTINUE ITS STERILE CRITICISM OF THE ALLEGED DECAY OF GERMAN LAW.
“GERMAN LAW IS BASED ON THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST IDEA. NOBODY CAN PLAY WITH THE AUTHORITY OF THE REICH OF ADOLF HITLER. THIS AUTHORITY IS NOT ATTACKABLE; IT TOLERATES NO THREAT FROM WHATEVER SOURCE.”
