Brig. Moshe Dayan, former Chief of Staff of the Israel Army of Defense, will resign from the Army effective November 1, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, announced today. The Israeli press speculated tonight whether Gen. Dayan’s decision means that he intends to enter political life.
