Gen. Moshe Dayan, recently-resigned Chief of Staff of Israel’s defense forces, will help inaugurate the American celebration of Israel’s tenth birthday, at a meeting at the Polo Grounds in New York on April 27, Gen. Dayan today accepted an invitation to address the April meeting from former United States Senator Herbert H. Lehman, who is general chairman of the American Committee for Celebration of Israel’s Tenth Anniversary.
