Brig. General David Sarnoff, chairman of the board of the Radio Corporation of America, was received today by Israel’s Premier David Ben Gurion. Earlier Gen. Sarnoff and his wife were the guests of President Chaim Weizmann.
Gen, and Mrs. Sarnoff will remain in Israel for about 10 days. Asked by newsmen whether his visit to this country had anything to do with television, the R.C.A. board chairman said that he was on a “pleasure visit” and had brought no plans for a television set-up for the Jewish State.
