Lieut.-Gen. John Greer Dill will return from Palestine shortly to take up command of the Aldershot barracks, it was announced today. General Dill has been in the Holy Land since last Summer when he was sent to assume supreme command of all military forces there during the 1936 disorders. He had nearly 30,000 troops in his command at the height of the disturbances.
