The recent world Jewish conference at Geneva has provided more fuel for anti-Semitic outbursts on the part of the Nazi press.
The Fraenkische Tageszeitung, of Nuremberg, in reporting developments at the conference, yesterday threatened an “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth policy” against the Jews.
The conference, it declared “was most justifying of our war against Juda, proving the righteousness of the ardent anti-Semitism of Streicher (Julius Streicher, overlord of Franconia and publisher of the anti-Semitic Der Stuermer).”
Therefore, it continues, “Franconia, under Streicher’s leadership, will stand in the forefront in the war against Juda.”
