INTERVENTION BY FOUR FOREIGN ARAB RULERS TO END LAST YEAR’S ARAB GENERAL STRIKE IN PALESTINE WAS CRITICIZED TODAY AS A BREACH OF INTERNATIONAL LAW BY THE PERMANENT MANDATES COMMISSION OF THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
