An unusual good-will project to foster understanding and tolerance will be the presentation of “Hadassah,” a three-act drama writtten by Gordon Hawkins of Westfield, March 1, at Central High School. The prodcution will be pressented by a cast of thirty Westfild resident, this majority Gentiles, as a commemoration of Purim. The music was composed by Edward R. Hawley, director of music at the Westfield State Teachers college. The project is under the auspices of Sinai temple, the reform congregation.
The committee is headed by Laurence D. Friedman, chairman, and is composed of President Harry Dasnziger, Reuben Roberts, Samuel G. Simons, Meyer K. Epstein, Morris Baurer, Mrs. Lillian Kelmpner and Maurice Gldstein.
