James W. Gerard, former American Ambassador to Germany, has accepted the chairmanship of the committee arranging a dinner as a testimonial to Ezekiel Rabinowitz, retiring secretary of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League, it was announced yesterday. The dinner will take place at the Aldine Club, 200 Fifth avenue, the evening of October 17.
Also on the committee are the Rev. Edward Lawrence Hunt, director of America’s Good Will Union; Herman Bernstein, Col. Theodore Roosevelt, Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May, Dr. Henry Moskowitz, Nathan Straus Jr., Frank P. Walsh, David A. Brown, Samuel C. Lamport, Dr. Benjamin Dubocsky and Louis Myers, acting treasurer of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League.
