German Addressograph Company Sold to Remington Subsidiary

Adrema, the company owning sole rights to the addressograph office machinery in Germany, and its factory have been sold by Julius and Jacob Goldschmidt, the owners, to an “Aryan” typewriter firm, the Mercedes Company in Thringia for more than a million marks, it was learned today.

The Mercedes Company is a subsidiary of the American typewriter firm, Remington-Rand, Inc.
