The German Army has announced a reward equivalent to four thousand dollars for information leading to the capture of three Jewish girls who are conducting effective sabotage activities behind the German lines on the Russian Front in Polesia, in the Sarny district. The three girls, Anna Gold, Miriam Syrkin and Malka Ziegler, had been arrested by the Gestapo, but they succeeded in escaping.
The London press reports today that 279 Jewish women have been listed by the Gestapo in occupied Poland among those sought for sabotage. The report came to the Polish Government-in-Exile from the underground movement in Poland, the papers state.
