Reports from Berlin today said that many Jewish doctors have been notified by the army as to which military units they are to join in the event of war. A Nazi decree has revoked licenses of all Jewish physicians in Germany, as of Sep. 30, with the exception of a few who were to be permitted to practice among Jews only. (It is understood the new measure was taken, the New York Times said, because the army insisted there were not enough non-Jewish doctors in Germany to cope with a major situation.)
