Albert Emke, Rudolph Emke and Joseph Heinrich of Berlin, members of the German Hakenkreutzler, were arrested in Constanza in connection with the anti-Semitic murder trial, according to the “Dacia”, a Constanza paper.
The police found on the Hakenkreutzler a great deal of anti-Semitic literature in German, Bulgarian and Roumanian. The arrested will be sent back to Germany after the trial.
