Kurt David, member of the Jewish ex-Servicemen’s Federation and founder of the Union of ex-Cavalrymen in the district of Wessel, from which he was forced to resign under the provisions of the Aryan clause, has been awarded the Mackensen Cross of Honor by the executive body of German cavalry.
Herr David alos reveived and illuminated address signed by General von Einem, which read: “The Waffenring of teh German vavalrymen has awared Comrade Kurt David of Wessel, the Mackensen Cross of honor, in recognition of his valuable serices in maintaining the traditions of the old renowned German Cavalry.”
