Further action to develop a Jewish land settlement movement in Germany, started recently under the auspices of the Federation of Jewish ex-Soldiers in Germany which is seeking opportunities of cultivating the German soil for Jewish ex-soldiers and for others, is to be taken on November 24, when an All-German Conference will be held in the old Upper House of Parliament here, to found an All-German Jewish Land Settlement Federation.
The date has been fixed for November 24 because it is the eve of the Conference of the Federation of Jewish ex Soldiers, for which representatives from 800 branches of the Federation will arrive in Berlin from all over the country
The first settlement, to be inaugurated shortly, will be the starting point for an extensive development along the lines of a big settlement activity, it is declared. All sections of German Jewry will be urged to participate in the projected All-German Jewish Land Settlement Federation. All the Jewish organizations in the country and the leading men in German Jewry have been invited to attend the foundation Conference.
