A West German mayor who had been scheduled to be a member of a delegation of 124 municipal officers from several European countries was reported today to have canceled his visit when the Israel Foreign Ministry told West German authorities he would be decide entry because of a Nazi record.
The official was Mayor Muench of Schwartzenegg. No details were given on his Nazi past. The municipal officials arrived last night for a 10-day visit and were received officially today by representatives of the local municipalities which are the lost to the visitors. Countries represented include France, West Germany, Belgium and Austria.
