Dr. Rolf Dahlgren, West German Finance Minister, was reported today to have given assurances that the drafts of laws now being planned to bring to a close West German legislation on restitution to Nazi victims, including rectification to aid some victims of Nazism now excluded, would be expedited.
He was understood to have given that assurance to Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany. Dr. Goldmann also was received by Dr. Ludwig Erhard, the West German Economic Minister. Dr. Goldmann is expected to visit Bonn again at the end of February.
