Dr. H.Schweinsberger, a local court official, was arrested here yesterday on charges of having condoned the execution of Jews when he was judge of a Nazi court in 1942.
Dr. Schweinsberger is alleged to have halted legal proceedings against a German army officer who in 1942 executed 75 Jews. The “judge” ruled that the murders were a “necessary party measure.”
