German officials ordered a Berlin publishing house to destroy all copies of a compact disc it issued that contains unauthorized excerpts from “Mein Kampf.” The CD’s creators said the recorded excerpts from Hitler’s autobiography were intended to satirize the hysterical nature of the text. But government officials said the CD does not contain enough explanatory material to prevent its misuse by right-wing extremists.
