German police released a man they had arrested in connection with a bombing last week that injured 10 immigrants, including six Jews from the former Soviet Union. Police, who had searched the man’s shop and his apartment, said he was no longer a key suspect. Prosecutors have increased the reward for information about the bombing to more than $56,000.
