German prosecutors said they decided not to take legal action against Yahoo over online auctions of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf.” The state prosecutor’s office in Munich said the Internet portal could not be charged with incitement to racial hatred, because it is only the provider and not the person making the auction offer.
