A German sailor was sentenced here today to four months in prison and a fine of 2,000 Israel pounds ($667) or six months additional imprisonment for insulting the State. The sailor, Manfried Goytlicher, was arrested after he voiced insults against Israeli Jews and called out, “Heil Hitler.”
