The Nationalist Students Union was banned today in North Rhine Westphalia by the Ministry of the Interior which said the organization had engaged in anti-democratic and anti-Semitic activities.
Police reported finding large quantities of neo-Nazi material in homes of leaders of the group, pamphlets were found in the universities of Bonn and Cologne and in technical high schools. The organization was affiliated with the neo-Nazi German Reichs party.
