An Administrative Court in Oldenburg has ruled that the German Voters Alliance is a successor of the neo-Nazi Socialist Reich Party and therefore unconstitutional. The Alliance was struck from the ballot before the 1952 municipal elections in Lower Saxony as “a transparent continuation of the dissolved SRP.” The Alliance then contested the validity of the Lower Saxony elections, and the Administrative Court ruling rejected that suit.
