All persons and firms in Bavaria who took over Jewish property for storing or safekeeping during the Nazi regime were ordered today to register these assets before Dec. 15 with the State Commissariat for the Welfare of Jews.
The order, which was broadcast over the Munich radio, emphasized that it concerns property of Jews who emigrated from Germany, as well as of those deported or murdered.
